Within the scope of the "Directive on Best Graduate Thesis Awards," approved during the University Senate meeting dated June 13, 2013 (Resolution No. 578), graduates who have earned their PhD title within the calendar year are eligible to apply for the "Best Doctoral Thesis Award" during the month of January of the following year. Applications must be submitted to the Graduate School (Lisansüstü Eğitim Enstitüsü Müdürlüğü).
Required Documents for Application:

Application Form: The official "Best Thesis Award Application Form."

Statement of Justification: A formal document detailing the rationale for the award, prepared and signed by both the student and the advisor.

List of Publications: A comprehensive list of publications derived from the thesis. Publications must be categorized as follows:

SCI, SSCI, and AHCI-indexed journals.

Other international peer-reviewed journals.

National peer-reviewed journals.

International conference proceedings.

National conference proceedings.

Patents, utility models, etc.

Note: For each publication, include the author list, title, journal/conference name, year of publication, DOI number, and the journal's impact factor for the year of application.
