Ph.D. Graduation Procedures

After your graduation decision is approved, our institute will issue an official letter certifying your graduation, which you can use for job applications. Your diplomas will be presented at the Ph.D. graduation ceremony, which will be held in June. Necessary announcements regarding participation in the graduation ceremony and its requirements will be published on our institute's website. Furthermore, the personnel assigned to the organization will inform you individually using your current contact information.

Before receiving your diploma at the ceremony, you must submit a document proving the return of your student ID card, along with a clearance document from the library showing you have no outstanding debts, to our Institute.
